GETTING STARTED & PROCESS
During the initial consultation, you go over the basic requirements and who qualifies along with what to expect during the process, including fees and budgets. This is done before signing any paperwork so you are comfortable with moving forward. Once budgets are set, we shop for the lot and start the design and layouts of the house.
FLOORPLANS & DESIGN
A variety of layouts and designs are at your dispense. You may choose a design that you see in the gallery as is, choose a design and make as many adjustments as you need to your liking, or start completely from scratch with your own layout. The design team will work for hand in hand with you on colors, layouts, and materials used.
